These terms apply in addition to our Terms of Service if you become a Bundleyard reseller (agent): someone who buys data bundles at agent prices and sells them on to their own customers. If the two conflict, these Reseller Terms win for reseller matters.
Who can become a reseller
- You must have a Bundleyard account, be at least 18 years old and have a complete profile.
- You become a reseller by paying the one-time reseller upgrade fee shown when you apply, by Mobile Money. Agent pricing is switched on for your account once the payment is confirmed.
- We may decline an application, or remove reseller status, where we reasonably need to (for example, for suspected fraud).
Upgrade fee
- It is a one-time payment. The amount, and what it covers, is shown before you pay. We may change it for people who upgrade later.
- Once your reseller access has been activated, the fee is not refundable. If you paid but we failed to activate your access, we will activate it or refund the fee.
Agent prices
Resellers buy at agent prices, which are lower than public prices. We set them and may change them at any time. The price that applies to an order is the one shown when you place it. You choose your own resale prices.
Selling to your customers
- You are an independent business. You are not our employee, agent in the legal sense, or partner, and you cannot make promises or contracts on our behalf.
- You deal with your own customers, and you are responsible for their support, for confirming that each recipient number is correct, and for any refunds you owe them. Our obligations are to you, as the buyer.
- Do not say or suggest that you are MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo or Bundleyard, or that they endorse you.
- Follow the law that applies to your business, including any tax on what you earn. Taxes on your resale income are your responsibility.
Your orders, wallet and refunds
- Reseller orders follow the same delivery and refund rules as everyone else’s (see the Refund & Delivery Policy). Refunds for failed orders are credited to your wallet.
- Your wallet works as described in the Terms of Service. Keep enough balance for your orders; we are not responsible for orders you could not place because your balance or payment fell short.
Conduct
Everything in our Acceptable Use Policy applies to you. In particular, you may not sell, share or lend your account, use it to launder money, or split orders to abuse promotions or pricing.
Suspension and ending
- You can stop reselling at any time by not placing further orders, or ask us to close your account.
- We may suspend or end your reseller status, cancel orders and hold your wallet balance while we investigate, if we reasonably suspect a breach of these terms, fraud or misuse.
- Ending your reseller status does not affect orders already delivered. What happens to a remaining wallet balance is set out in the Terms of Service.
Changes
We may update these Reseller Terms, including pricing rules. The “last updated” date above shows the latest version, and we will tell resellers about significant changes.
