What Bundleyard is

Bundleyard is an online platform for buying mobile data bundles for the MTN, Telecel and AirtelTigo networks in Ghana. You can buy for yourself or for any other recipient number, either as a guest (no account) or with an account and wallet. Approved resellers can also buy at agent prices to sell on to their own customers (see the Reseller Terms).

We are an independent reseller. Bundleyard is not MTN, Telecel or AirtelTigo and is not endorsed by them. Their names and logos belong to their owners. Bundles are delivered to the recipient number through the networks and third-party supply partners we work with.

Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You can register with a Ghanaian mobile number and a password. We may ask you to complete your profile (name, email address and username) before you can use every feature, and to confirm your identity with a one-time code sent by SMS or email.
• Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. One person, one account.
• Keep your password and one-time codes to yourself. You are responsible for everything done through your account, so tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

Placing an order

• Choose the network, the package and the recipient number, then pay. The bundle is delivered to the number you entered.
• You are responsible for the recipient number. Check that it is correct and belongs to the network you selected. We cannot recall a bundle once it has been delivered to a number you gave us.
• An order is only confirmed after your payment is confirmed. Once an order has been submitted it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If you order as a guest, keep your order number. It is how you track the order on our home page.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Ghana cedis (GH₵). The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order. We may change prices at any time; this never affects an order already confirmed.
• You can pay with Mobile Money, through our payment partner, or with your wallet balance if you have an account. You must be authorised to use the mobile money account you pay from. Any charges made by your mobile money provider are yours.
• If a payment does not complete, the order is not processed. If money left your account but no order was created, contact us and we will check it (see the Refund & Delivery Policy).

Your wallet

• Account holders can top up a wallet by Mobile Money and use the balance to buy bundles on Bundleyard.
• A wallet is not a bank account or e-money account. It earns no interest and its balance cannot be transferred to another person. The balance is for buying on Bundleyard and is not paid out in cash, except for refunds under our Refund & Delivery Policy and the account-closure rule below.
• We may correct wallet errors, and may hold or reverse credits that we reasonably believe were obtained by mistake, fraud or breach of these terms.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out by mobile networks and supply partners outside our control. Delivery times vary, from a few minutes to a few hours, and depend on the network and the load at the time. The live delivery information on our home page shows how long recent orders have taken; it is a guide, not a promise. Full details are in the Refund & Delivery Policy.

What a bundle includes, how it can be used and when it expires are set by the network, not by us. We are not responsible for network coverage, speed, outages or changes a network makes to its bundles.

Refunds

If you paid and your order failed, or you were charged incorrectly, you may be entitled to a refund. When and how is set out in our Refund & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Resellers

If you buy as a reseller, the Reseller Terms also apply to you.

Acceptable use

You must use Bundleyard lawfully and fairly. What is not allowed is listed in our Acceptable Use Policy.

Suspension and closing your account

• We may cancel orders, suspend or close an account, or hold a wallet balance while we investigate, if we reasonably believe there is fraud, a breach of these terms, or a legal or security reason to do so.
• You can delete your account from your profile page. If you ask us to close your account, we will return any remaining wallet balance to your verified mobile money number once we have checked that there are no unresolved orders or disputes.
• Closing an account does not remove records we must keep, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep Bundleyard available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may pause the service for maintenance, and it depends on networks, payment providers and internet connections that we do not control. We process orders during our working hours, shown at the top of our home page.

Our responsibility to you

• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
• Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss caused by mobile networks, payment providers or events outside our reasonable control.
• Our total responsibility for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• The service is provided “as is”. You are responsible for entering correct details and for how you use the bundles you buy.

Our content

The Bundleyard name, logo, website design and content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site to place orders and manage your account, but you may not copy, resell or scrape it, or use our name to suggest an affiliation, without our written permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed. If a change is significant we will tell account holders in the app or by SMS or email. If you keep using Bundleyard after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to sort it out. If we cannot, the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction.
